I work in IT and i understand the difference between teams that own processes from start to finish and those that don't. I wouldn't say my setup was especially difficult, but like all jobs, little problems always seem to happen. Dave made sure every component was setup perfectly and working as expected before he left the job. He listened to what i was looking for, while also giving suggestions based on his experience. I highly recommend Modern Wiring.
