Outstanding customer service, repairs and quality products! Windt sold me an uncommon crt for my retro gaming rig - in fantastic condition, and at a very reasonable price.
They even took the time to do a full test, plus they repaired minor cosmetic damage on the cord, dissasembled the glitchy remote, and restored it to factory condition.
Can't recommend Windt enough!

This local business has true santa Cruz values honest good people. I really great experience with them I felt they done the best repair. They don't try to rip you off, and they do quality work. Geek squad previously is really Harry to get ahold of and they charge a lot. I like I call get a person immediately. I highly recommend them.

We are new to the area and had various updates that needed to be done to the house we moved into, one of the tasks was to mount a 60" TV and install surround sound and patio speakers. Greg and Mark visited the house and quickly gave an assessment for the best options. Of course since the installation was being done to an older house with additions, a bit of problem solving had to be done in order to get everything wired correctly and keep wiring out of site. The first task was to mount the TV and Greg made sure it was installed by Friday so that my husband could watch key football games over

So...I have been putting off getting all my updated, home theater components, including a universal remote, on the same page. Years ago, this was a DIY...no longer. Had Greg come over and spend a few hours making it all work PERFECTLY, with surprising, unthought of solutions. So happy and, as always, should have done it sooner.

I brought in my DVR for repair and had a very good experience. It's hard to come by this type of equipment anymore so I really wanted to repair the unit I have. They were able to fix it and It wasn't too expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Expect it to be a couple of weeks for this type of repair. When I brought in my unit they told me up front that it would be a week before anyone would even look at my unit because they were very busy with this kind of work. I really appreciated the honesty and the heads up.

Our 82" TV died and I wanted a new one right now. I looked all over the internet at pricing and when it would arrive. We bought a new 75" Sony tv from SC Radio & TV and they had it mounted on our wall and we were watching it before any of the other stores could have it delivered.
They came out and mounted it and showed me how to use it - great service.

Took my old aiwa cx-na909 and all I wanted is for the amps to work and that's what they did very happy but they do take awhile to fix your electronics only because it's a lot of work to find what the problem is so be patient with them. I will be taking my old electronics back for more work in the future.

Today I messed up my tv and called to make an appt. They easily could

We got a wonderful new "smart TV" for Christmas - and although I did figure out how to hook it into cable and use it, we never could get it to talk to our old VCR or DVD.
Greg came over today and was totally awesome - he got everything working perfectly, and even hooked our stereo speakers up to the TV! Thank you so much! I would recommend SC Radio & TV to anyone!

How much do I love the guys at Santa Cruz Radio and TV? I had no picture, let alone HD tv, and told me how to get a picture over the phone. Who does that in this day and age?
When they got to my house, they came with everything to test my tv, gave me the bad news about my tv and we talked about my options. We paid a reasonable rate for the house call. The guys researched the replacement part and got back to me right away.
Now when it is time to mount our new tv, this will be the first call I make to get a professional installation. Thanks guys!

Terrific fast service. Greg and his team came out quickly (down to me in Monterey) to fix a dead plasma TV. They had it off the wall, in the shop, and fixed quickly. They took the time to reinstall it properly and correctly, rerouted the wires, and overall did a great job!
It is nice to know that there are still electronics/TV repair guys out there that take pride in their work. Definitely would recommend again.
