Jason worked with myself and my daughter to find a home in Lawrence. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was able to show us several home alternatives. He worked around our schedule as we were coming from out of town. He helped during the negotiations and made good suggestions about how to handle each of the steps in the offering/closing process. Excellent at communications. He also took care of some small retro-fitting tasks we needed done prior to moving in. We are very satisfied with his work and help and professionalism.
