Permanent Expressions
Also known as micropigmentation and intradermal pigmentation, permanent makeup is a safe cosmetic application where high grade pigment is implanted into the dermal layer of the skin. The reasons for permanent makeup are abundant, therefore interest in the procedure is expressed by both women and men.

The fact is simple: permanent cosmetics is a fast and effective way to improve the way you look. It is not about changing your look, but rather, enhancing and improving upon your natural features. Take the eyebrows, for instance. Thinning or missing brows can be shaped and balanced with a powder fill or hair strokes technique.
Services
1. Safety is absolutely paramount! The room is sterilized before and after each procedure. The equipment is wiped down with hospital-grade antiseptic. Needles are used once and discarded. Left over pigment and unused material are disposed of at the end of each procedure. 2. I am committed to your comfort!
The consultation is free. Take advantage of it! The consultation is the best way to learn about permanent makeup, discuss your specific color & design options, address any concerns you may have, and obtain all the information you need before you commit to the procedure.

My services include: eyebrow fill/powder and hairline strokes, eyelash enhancement and eyeliner designs, lip liner and lip shading, receding hairline fill, color correction, color refresher and more.Hairline Enhancement - Exact fee will be determined at consultation. Color correction - Exact fee will be determined at consultation.
The images below are actual "before" and "immediately after" photos of permanent makeup applications that I performed at my Studio. The most important step in creating beautiful eyebrows is the design. It is extremely important to draw them first with a brow pencil before applying the color permanently.
Avoid drinking or taking those medications at least one day prior to your procedure. The perfection visit should take place 4 to 6 weeks later, and is free of charge. Icing and applying the prescribed ointment will help alleviate the swelling. They can damage your new look. Also, do not use any products that contain Retin-A, Glycol, or Alpha-Hydroxy Acids on the treated areas to avoid fading or pigment discoloration.

Elaine is a true professional! She helped me achieve a natural look of eyeliner which I have enjoyed for years. Elaine describes all of your choices and then puts them in place painlessly. Thank you, Elaine!

Elaine and her talents are amazing! I had a scar on my lip that had no color and naturally faded lip edges. She made my smile perfect again and gave me a much more feminine, youthful smile. I'm very happy with my results.
