Services
TechsRUs started in the Summer of 2007 assisting New Haven area residents and businesses with computer support, computer repair, malware removal, and computer tutoring. We started out humbly but our reputation grew rapidly. Over the years TechsRUs grew from these modest beginnings. During this time we have helped hundreds of home computer and technology users and dozens of businesses ranging from one person to hundreds.
At your convenience, so you don't have to pack your computer up and drag it to some location to have it sit on a shelf for days. At TechsRUs we have expert techs capable of tackling any computer or tech issue, and we are client focused. No condescending nerds or overpriced geeks come to your house.
TechsRUs brings you the only consumer grade Proactive IT solution for home computer users. We provide a service that monitors and maintains your computers to protect you from computer failure and/or malware and ransomware. For $50/month you protect one computer and receive some awesome benefits to go with it.
There is approximately 350,000 new malicious software and/or potentially unwanted programs registered by AV-Test EVERY DAY. The anti-virus programs do the best they can to keep up but it's a neverending battle. Inadvertently installing malware or potentially unwanted programs happens very frequently.
Approximately 32% of all wireless networks are still using weak encryption standards (not WPA2). This means that 3 out of 10 wireless networks are still easily hacked. If your wireless network is compromised then your computers, tablets and IoT devices are potentially accessible.

Imagine someone walking into your home and freely taking your sensitive documents, family information, spying on you when you sleep and do other things in your home, listening to your private conversations, etc.You can see how important it is to secure your wireless network. Trusting that the person who sets up your wireless network is knowledgeable and experienced enough to do it right is critical.

I ordered a part well over a month ago, and still have not received my order, and I have already been charged for it!! I am very, very angry and have emailed them and they said they mailed my part to someone else and will be sending it to me! It has been another week now and they are no longer answering my emails!! I would NEVER recommend this company!!

Responsive, respectful and honest. What more can you ask for! These guys understand customer service and understand technology. I would recommend Techs r us to anyone. They resolve every issue that I throw at them and are reasonably priced. They even resolve some things via email or phone without adding on additional charges. I wish I found them sooner.
