Tiago and his crew were excellent. We needed to replace an old rotting picket fence in our backyard. And we had seen JT Fence Boston's work at a neighbor's house. Not only was I impressed with the custom work they had done at the neighbor's but the online reviews echoed my instincts.
Our project wasn't going to be straightforward. We wanted a custom cedar fence with a design of varying width planks. Also, our backyard is sloped unevenly by several feet from left to right. But we wanted the top of the fence to be completely level with a uniform height instead of a stepped look

Tiago had to deal with supply chain delays, parts that were incorrect, and the seasonality of frozen ground. Despite these obstacles, he communicated clearly and honestly about such situations beyond his control. For me, any tradesperson or salesperson who thrives sets realistic expectations and tells the truth, even when it’s hard. Tiago is that man. I hired Tiago from JT Fence to build a custom wood fence along a tree line, which will allow us to still enjoy the greenery of the trees through the fence while giving us privacy from our neighbors. Tiago had creative ideas on how to build such a fence and was ready to go the extra mile and build the fence one panel at a time, all in our backyard. His work was well done, each board was checked and leveled and we are very happy with his work.
