I want to acknowledge Debbie's high level of quality work that I have received. I can not express the amount of detail she put in her work. Her professional opinion helped me decide what was best for me. She catered to what i wanted and not a "one fits all" type of treatment. She is humble, honest, and pretty much an awesome individual. I completely felt so comfortable with her. She made sure of that! I did the upper eyeliner and yes its a sensitive area but Debbie pretty much numbed me up and made sure i was comfortable and pain free. Beautiful artistry and professional service! Very impressed by Debbie’s work and her place is super clean and nice. I was asked to be a model for one of her trainees back in January for the microblading class, so I was able to see how awesome she does with one on one training. When I went back for touch up, she explained the entire process, took great care to measure and discuss the look I wanted, and created beautiful improved eyebrows. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and will look forward to returning for touch ups and eyeliner in the near future.

Debbie did an outstanding job. She ensured the colors chosen are exactly right for my complexion and coloring. My lips, eyeliner, and eyebrows are perfect. I look perfectly made up all the time. This saves me a ton of time. Now I only use mascara and the permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips Debbie did are far better than anything I was ever able to do. Would highly recommend Debbie.

I went to Debbie for microblading. She is an awesome person, takes her time and mindful of your opinion. I wanted to wait until my eyebrows were done healing and some time lapsed before posting a comment on results. It has been about 4 months and I just want to say I love my eyebrows! I highly recommend Debbie Santa Barbara with N Dallas Permanent Cosmetics, she is a perfectionist and does amazing work!! She takes her time to learn what you want and what you are looking to achieve, she measures multiple times to make sure it’s perfect, she is very detailed with you in selecting the perfect color and her attention to detail is spot on!! I decided that I wanted to start a career in permanent cosmetics and I searched all over to find the perfect class. When I first spoke with Debbie I knew she was the perfect teacher for me. She organized a binder for class that has me completely prepared to start my own business. The time and effort she put into preparing for class really showed. I was able to learn numerous types of brows and perform the procedure on SIX models.. most classes you only do ONE model (if even).
