I've had roofing, complete house tile & carpet, heating and air, windows & plumbing done. I have to say that with all the contractors & sales people I've come into contact with & spoken to in the last 3 months the only company to get a complete five ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 star rating is Action Windows. Their customer service is the best. The work ethics of the guys putting my windows is is top notch. Careful & respectful plus clean up is complete. I only purchased sliders but when the time is right they will be the ones I call for 9 more windows 🪟

I had two slider doors and two windows replaced in our home. Action installed Simonton Daylight Max windows and sliders, which are excellent. But they forgot to seal an entire side of one of the doors, and the screen on one of the sliders was not installed correctly.
I emailed Teresa Gill and Nathan Scheid about the issue. Nathan never responded and Teresa said she'd send someone out the following Thursday. Then she told me that she wasn't sure they'd be able to come out and that they'd reschedule. Well it's a week later and nothing! I even emailed both her and Nathan and no response from either
