I got my nails done and before the service start I showed him a desired picture: white ombré and asked him if he was able to do that and he nodded yes. Well I asked for a white ombré and he gave me a pinkish "French" because you don't even see an ombré at this point. Then filing my sides pretty close to my cuticle I've told him he was hurting me and he didn't seem to care and nicked me. Well I asked him to stop and he didn't. I thought I made an appointment with Nina. Turns out wrong place but they did not tell. I understand that, they want the business and won't turn down a customer when they are not busy. I realized about halfway through when I saw that my nails were looking lumping and asked the girl her name. She told me Rose. Rose is very nice and she is probably good if you have never gotten dip powder before. As some one who had gotten it for years, I knew what the process should have been like. I've gone to Angel nails twice. Today Jason took care of all of my services and was fantastic. I have thin nails and without my even mentioning it he said he wanted to be careful not to over-file them. My pedicure is great, but my manicure is the best. The shape and length of my ANC powder are perfect, and they aren't at all thick or bulky. He was very conscientious about sanitizing, and talked about how much he values taking his time to develop return customers. He is certainly developing one here.

I had a pedicure at Angel Nails two days ago and had a horrible experience. The minute I sat down, the guy started a timer - do they allow only a certain length of time for a pedicure. The guy never spoke a single word to me, never asked me what package I wanted and acted like he better things to do than give me a pedicure. When I was done, the guy disappeared! Now I couldn't wait to get out of there! After sitting in the dryer section and spraying my own nails, I left - only to get home and have a cracked nail and a messed up big toe!

Went to get a gel manicure w/ designs, called ahead to make an apt to make sure someone was there who did designs and nail art, but when I got there the nail tech was annoyed that I asked for a design and said he'd have to get someone else (which was fine, the other tech tried her best but I wasn't super happy with it). If that was all + just had a weird process of taking off gel and some nails being crooked / cut unevenly, I would be giving 4 or 3 stars, but less than a week later my nails started chipping with the stars popping out of the glue and 2 layers of topcoat?? I have been to angel nails twice now , first I got a regular manicure which was fine but I went in looking for a gel manicure for halloween and left with a terrible manicure. The gel is extremely uneven, and even though I asked for a square shape every nail has been rounded. When you run your fingers over the nail you can feel the bumps in the gel. From afar it looks pretty okay but it is not at all what I paid for. Also if you want to be taken care of and are looking to be pampered, this is not the place for it.

I went here a few times and each time the manicurist tried to upsell me. one time they did gel, which i liked and came back and asked for gel, the guy insisted that i should try the powder, french manicure. i actually was unhappy with it and it ruined my nails. I had to go to another manicurist to fix them and after 3 visits, they finally look nice. So I won't be going back here.

Unprofessional. Insulted my eye lashes because I did not have them done there. She said, "they look old and crusty." I allowed them to wax my eyebrows which I throughly regret. They look horrible. So uneven and she took half my brow off. I am hoping they grow back quick. This is so embarrassing. It also took them 3 hours to do a mani/pedi because they continuously would stop and work on other clients and come back and apologize. Unbelievable.

The staff was not friendly. The tub for my pedicure overflowed and completely soaked my shoes. My nail woman's daughter was hanging around during my pedicure and talking very loudly. The woman kept walking away while doing my nails and coming back. Took way longer than necessary and the prices are extreme for crappy service.

My sisters nails are all different shapes. One of the employees were constantly changing the price of a gel fill in. Another employee was doing my nails and was using a scissor to cut my nails and was poking and hitting the scissor against my hand when he wanted me to flip or change the position of my hand. He nearly stabbed me and I flinched her did not apologize or care at all. I do not recommended this place. I got my full set put on Wednesday and it is now Saturday my nails are already lifting. My nail polish is carelessly put on.

This place is not the closest to me but my friend took my 14 yo here for a birthday full set & pedicure. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how cute her tips were. The shape was great, a large selection of colors & designs and the people were friendly & listened to what we requested. They're 30 min from me but think I g it's worth the trip for good nails! Going back today to see what they can do

Finally found a local place where they actually take time to provide a good pedicure service. I was impressed with how detailed the girl was with my toes(unfortunately I didn't get her name). I didn't feel rushed out of the chair. I felt like she really wanted to take care of my feet. For example I've been having pain around my nail and she was able to remove that pressure without me saying a word about it. I appreciate how she took her time doing a good leg and foot massage. Only reason I feel it deserve 1 star is because th e nails lasted for a long time no breaking, but the nail polish started to "rubb" off after about 5 days. And most of my nails were crooked. Don't get me wrong my fingers aren't the straightest, but at least make them go with my fingers so they look natural. And they didn't do the length and gave me attitude when I asked to make them thinner... and said that it would be an extra 5 dollars to do that shape! Never heard that in my life. Do not go here.

It was my first time here and the guy did a good job but charged me $5 extra for the acrylics I got even though at other places I got the same length (it's a pretty normal length for acrylics).
