Acquired a French gel manicure on October 17, 2021. I had gel nail polish already on my nails, usually I have them soaked off, my nails are fine, when I requested this they said no, took too much time and they had to use the Dremel and it would not damage my nails. In addition while having my manicure, tech cut me under my nail while cleaning. Once completed all looked nice, but within 24-48 hrs. all the French tips were tearing off, just where the white was and my cut finger was infected and painful. I have to give this place some love. I really like the way that my nails look. The service was super nice and quick. I liked the guy who did my nails. He was nice. I think I got charged extra for using two different nail polishes, or maybe it was because he had to give me one fake nail. I would just have like to know that first. Also, he put a nice hot towel on my hands, but it looked dirty. Those things were not huge, but I did want to mention that. The prices are standard. $40 for a gel fill. Overall, I was happy.

I became familiar with this town about six months ago from NYC, and you know, the city has the best nail technicians. Well, I learned that there is greatness in many other places too! The staff here is super courteous, you can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. The host is a sweetheart. Everyone working at the salon actually looks happy to be there,... even with the late comers. Thanks Selena and Sandra for making my daughter and I feel special and beautiful! This salon was SUPER clean & the pricing was REASONABLE. I've been to a TONFUL of salons in the 845. I recently moved up near Middletown & it took me four tries to finally come here! Friendly staff who always ask if your nails look good or if it's okay!
My nails were destroyed from previous nail techs but the lady I had was very patient & gentle with my weak nails and made them beautiful

Went there today for 3 pedicures. Very unprofessional. They charged me incorrect and chanced us to the parking lot. I paid what they told me. I was embarrassed for their error. We tipped very well even though a spa pedicure wasn't even a real spa pedicure. Massage was approx 3 min and only kegs no foot massage at all. Too many salons in our area, to be aggravated instead of relaxed and satisfied. No quality just quantity. DO NOT RECOMMEND WASN'T HAPPY AT ALL...

First time here, recently moved to the area and trying to find a good spot. The salon was very large with many nail technicians and they took me right away despite being busy. The nail tech was quick and efficient. The facility was nice but could have been slightly better kept (dust the common areas and some of the nail utensils seemed to Need new life). The gentleman who filled the pedicure tub was very good looking and I was pleased to have some eye candy - nice touch. Pricing was fair and comparable to rest of places on the area that are not as new as this place. I would definitely return

This was the worse manicure & pedicure I've-never had- barely pushed back the cuticle, left all the dead skin, I had to tell him aren't you going to put base? He literally was annoyed I noticed‍ & asked.
There was absolutely no communication. He did not understand English.
Never asked any questions, like do you want me to cut your nails, do you want them round or square the usual questions, or is this okay - a total attitude

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE! I am on a business trip and came here to get gel nails on my toes and fingers. I get my nails done every two weeks in my local area and love them never had issues. Well the clear came off first than the color. I had to file the color off so it didn't rub off on everything else. Horrible disgusting nails. Plus they filed them done so much they are sore and I don't think I can get them done a third time. I'm so upset. After they were done they looked lumpy and gross. Never was I happy with this place. Natasha did a gorgeous set for me today! Absolutely loved them, she was super sweet and a perfectionist which I absolutely love! I got a neon pink dip, and it didn't take too long, and was super relaxing. Would 100% go back, I just wish they were a little bit shinier, but you can always add a quick top coat at home!

I went here for the first time today after seeing a friend's gorgeous mani. The salon was incredibly clean. Their Covid precautions were much more than my usual place. I made an appointment and was taken in right on time. Everyone was very friendly. Eric did my ombre mani and it turned out gorgeous. It was a new style for me and I'm really happy I went with it. I will absolutely return and look forward to bringing my daughter.

I called and asked for an Acrylic Full Set, which the woman on the phone nicely accommodated me for. I went in about five minutes before my scheduled time and they let me pick out the color first. The set turned out great, a few rough edges here and there but nothing I couldn't file away myself. I do tend to pick around at my nails though so it may just be me over analyzing. My technician was great, although I didn't catch her name unfortunately. Would definitely come again.

Made an appointment for 4pm. I understand this is new for them to make an appointment but I feel that they overbooked themselves. I waited 45 mins for my appointment. When you come I. They do t even ask your name when you tell them you made an appointment. I selected a color for my gel manicure and pedicure and the colors didn't even match at that point I was already fed up to even have them change it. To put the icing on the cake they tell me there is a 3% fee if you pay with a credit card or if you pay cash there is a 3% discount fee. I asked is this new bc before the shut down I have always

The worst nail spa in Middletown NY, they do not know how to work, they do not follow the client's demands, the two owners do not care about customer service, they are totally unsatisfied, they do not know how to paint, they do not know how to handle acrylic nails and much less gel Horrible, my worst experience. I do not recommend this place.

OMG! I have finally found the nail place after spending hundreds of dollars around town in nail places that do a poor job! My nails were done by Selena and she did a wonderful job. She took her time to shape them, she made sure they were not crooked and she filed beautifully. She did such an awesome job with the coffin shape and then an awesome design that was not crooked in any form! I am in love!!!

You won't find a better nail spot in Orange County! OC Nail & Spa is clean, beautiful, and professional. Pisei has been doing my nails for years and she never disappoints!
