I have used (Alex) this taxi service many times over the last few years. They have even brought me to the airport in Montreal. I have always had great service, including prompt arrival times and courteous drivers. I considered myself a loyal customer until today. I called to make arrangements to get picked up at the airport a day in advance and was told to just call when I arrived or go outside and get a taxi from the several that line up outside. Alex was very rude and short.This is not a nice way to treat loyal customers. I'll be using Uber for now on.

Absolutely terrible service. My daughter was supposed to be picked up at the airport. I had given them her updated arrival time. They said they would be there to pick her up. When she arrived nobody was there. When we called we were told the driver was an hour away. Then they were going to send a different driver within 15 minutes. After having waited for an hour, she left. We never heard from them.

This is maybe the worst taxi service I've ever used. The website, first of all, provides completely incorrect information. I booked a taxi for my friend and I from BTV to Middlebury, which the website says costs a flat fare of $65 for up to 7 passengers. At the time I made my call, no one asked how many passengers were traveling.
The driver appears at the airport and appears surprised that there is an additional passenger and is adamant that that's unacceptable, despite the information on the website. He agrees to drop us off only when my friend promises a discretionary cash tip.

Waled drove us from the airport to the hotel and Alex took us back to the airport on the way back. This was such a pleasant, efficient and smooth exchange. The cars were clean and the drivers helped us load and unload our luggage pieces for us. I would highly recommend this company for others to use for their transportation.

Asked me twenty questions then told me that there were no taxis. Why not say that upfront? And first I wasn't swearing. I swore after you told me that there were no cabs, which you told me after the twenty questions. If the issue is delay, say that. I didn't need a cab right away. I needed one within an hour or two. Finally, I apologize for my language. I had recently moved to Burlington, wasn't aware of the snow parking regulations, the city of Burlington towed my car, and was trying to get a ride to pick it up. You didn't want to drive me to Oakledge Park because you couldn't find a return fare
