Booked with Arif and he was very clear about the price of $275 cash and to me it seemed like a good price given that he picked me up wherever I was in Burlington and dropped me off at home. He was even very flexible when I wanted to go last minute - picked me up five minutes after I called him even though I had initially arranged to have him pick me up much later. It was a pleasant, painless experience and much much easier than trying to take a plane. For those who complain that $275 is a high amount, consider that during COVID the options are pretty limited and there are no trains or buses running

I only took this service because I had no other option, but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a transportation company.
First, they charged me double the price that's listed on the website ($170 online and they charged me $275 over the phone). The owner argued with me for about 5 minutes straight, said that's the "COVID price" and refused to honor the price online. He was extremely rude and had no concept of customer service. He even tried to deny me service for questioning the price (as if it's normal to list one price and ask double over the phone!)
Then, they specifically wrote
