We are your local pharmacy providing both prescription medications and assistance with individualized health care needs. With over 35 years of experience serving the local community, our dedicated, friendly, and compassionate pharmacy care team understands each patient's unique health care requirements.
At Burt's, all of our locations include a compounding pharmacy to work with the patient and the prescriber to customize a medication to meet the patient's specific needs. Pharmacology basics dictate that every patient's healthcare situation is unique. What works for one doesn't always work for another, and that means that sometimes, a one-size-fits-all approach to medication just isn't right.
Pain shouldn't keep you from living your life, and with compounded medications for pain, it won't. It can occur as a result of injury or disease, and is disproportionately common in patients over the age of 65. I have been going to this pharmacy for approximately 5 years now. I don't exactly remember. I will never again change pharmacies. They get you the best deals, and help you out whenever possible. They are super friendly and go out of their way to expedite shipping, get medications in on a one day basis, and after 3 or so visits they will know you by name.
It is NOT AT ALL like being at a Walgreens or a CVS where you're just another number and dollar sign. You are a person they care about and treat with respect. They are also very knowledgeable and help with finding what's right for you with over

I wish I could give a zero star! I called them and asked if they had a product in stock. The clerk told me that they have some in stock...not one, or two, but some. Knowing that they are very hard to get and the fact that the clerk did not bother to put me on hold to look, I had assumed that he knew or was possibly looking at them. I hopped in my car and drove to Westlake, from Moorpark in the pouring rain, with my little ones in the car. Ten minutes later, I am in line and waiting for my turn to the register. A pharmacist and two clerks are behind the counter. Phone rings and the clerk answers

I just went through the madness of relocating to another pharmacy in a new city. Other well-known chains that I dealt with did not have one of my medications in stock, delayed the transfer of another prescription, or were rude and impatient with me.
