The worst of the worst when it comes to insurance billing.
The billing statements from this company are illegible and disruptively confusing even for a lawyer to understand...
Further, windshield replacement took nearly two weeks... (Horrible)
Lastly, agent Bonnie Doyle is always on vacation and does not return calls...

Sandy and Ben were both great and responsive.
They both worked to get me the best prices and were great with communication.
Sandy was extremely helpful in getting me several price quotes for vehicles and got me the info that I needed, quickly and accurately. They were both there when I needed them and I am thankful.

Kelly Johnson called me a few weeks before my $2800.00 auto, condo, and umbrella insurance was due and told me that I could get a better coverage for $1000.00 less from Auto Owners Insurance. I have never been contacted by any insurance company on that issue and I was grateful that I could save the money and increase the coverage.

Sandy Reid is truly a jewel! We needed to add our daughter to our policy as a licensed driver. Sandy patiently walked me through the process as she earned her permit, and finally her drivers license. We are also in the market for a home owners insurance policy. Again Sandy offered timely and professional service, in getting us the quote that we needed.
It's so easy to complain about poor customer service. So, I just wanted to make sure that I took the time to extend positive words regarding my recent interaction with Sandy.
