Plan IV is a health planning company that helps our clients make the right decision when it comes to insurance and other matters. For small businesses, individuals & families.
You can now only enroll in a qualified health insurance plan if you qualify for a "Special Enrollment Period". You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you or anyone in your household lost qualifying health coverage in the past 60 days OR expects to lose coverage in the next 60 days. Pick a plan by the last day of the month and your coverage can start the first day of the next month.

Clarence (Mike) Simonis is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Education. Entered the health insurance business in 1974 with Metropolitan Life Insurance and was a sales leader for 10 years.

The customer service Plan IV provided was amazing. Anytime i call, they pick up the phone which is rare these days. Lindsay my agent, is super knowledgable and goes above and beyond expectations. I would recommend Plan IV to anyone needing group, individual/family insurance, or financial planning. What i thought i knew, compared to what ive learned, i feel secure about my retirement and family's future.
