I took a bridesmaids dress to Julius Alterations to have it hemmed. At first, I was pleasantly surprised that it would only take a couple
of weeks for the dress to be hemmed. However, I feel as though I should have asked for a price first because it was $90 just to have the dress hemmed. I have had multiple bridesmaids dresses hemmed and have never paid $90 for such a task. Secondly, the hem job wasn’t even good. My dress was fraying immediately without hardly any wear and was bunching along the hemline. Nice folks at this place, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Pillow Restoration was done on my down pillow. They sterilized the feathers, removed any dust, and put a new cover on it. It looks and feels brand new. It is so clean and fresh. I have had the pillow for over 30 years as it was passed down to me from my mom who received it from her Great Grandmother. I am so happy I found a place in the area to make my pillow restored.

Marti, Robert, and team do fantastic work. I had two dresses I needed altered for an event and the outcome was perfect and the final fit was exactly what I was after. Robert did my pinning on the dress and his knowledge and guidance were great—I did not feel pressured to make unnecessary changes to my dress. Julius Alterations did an amazing job on my wedding dress. They sewed on my shoulder sleeves and pulled in the bust. They even gave me a blue ribbon under my dress to include my something blue. I have used them for prom dresses and now my wedding dress and I plan to continue here with them.

What a life saver Julius alterations was. I needed a 24 hour miracle and they blessed me with one. I had a destination wedding to attend and of course I waited until the last minute to get a new suite. I needed the jacket altered and pants hemmed within 24 hours. They knew my need was great and said they would make it happen, no questions, and they came through. They were super kind and full of great customer service. Marti and the team are wonderful! I had to have a bridesmaids dress altered, and she was able to squeeze me in within a short amount of time. I am so grateful to Marti and her team for all the amazing work they did on my dress for my wedding in April! It was a very detailed ballgown and they made sure that the hem and bustle kept my detailing intact which wasn't easy. I truly appreciate their efforts in making sure my dress fit me perfectly.
