Services
Powder coating is a method of painting that uses a powdered polymer resin which is bonded to the part. At Central Powder Coating, we coat both ferrous and nonferrous metals using "Electrostatic Spray" equipment. First, the part is washed and pretreated with iron phosphate and rinsed again with de-ionized water and sealer.
We employ the most skilled and dedicated personnel in the business as well the latest equipment and processes the finishing technology industry has to offer. That's why we are confident we can meet all of your finishing needs. Review the information below and contact us with the details regarding your products or project.
The examples below are a small sampling of the many satisfied Central Powder Coating customers. I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job on my parts and tell you how my motorcycle restoration project turned out. It's a 1964 Honda 250 Scrambler that recently won the Japanese "Best of Show" at the 2000 Del Mar Concourse d' Elegance.

Personally I have been through the ringer with powder coating companies with my company, we've "tried them all" and like any fine Delicatessen you find, it's usually the whole in the wall that is the best quality. We have used Central Powder Coating for Many Many over years for small orders and Large orders, personal and business and unlike some people that DO NOT know the powder coating process, you just cannot walk in with 1 part and change their production set up for under a 100 bucks, so when we gear up for our odd ball 1 -2 piece runs, we call ahead to find out if the color is coming up so

My first experience with them was good. I had a bumper/tire carrier powder coated. They got the bumper back to me very quickly. However, when I went back to get another small bracket powder coated, they told me they have a 95 dollar minimum. He then negotiated with me down to a price of $50 if I could wait for a batch of similar color to go through. $50 dollars for a 2'' wide bent bracket with a total length of 4.5'' is ridiculous. I had plans to get a a significant amount of other parts coated there within a year. I also have a lot of friends that were planning on using them for small quantities
