Services
Alterations are less extensive changes to the garment that also change the way the garment fits, and are usually focused on one particular fit area. It could be as simple as taking up the hem on a pair of pants or shortening a sleeve hemmings dress. If your garments require fit adjustments, please book an appointment to come into my shop and we will alter them for you.
When it comes to wedding dresses, you want to make sure you have a perfect fit. That's why it's so important to buy your dress early on (about nine months before the big day), giving you plenty of time for wedding dress fittings and alterations. Because alterations take time, you should schedule your first fitting eight to ten weeks before your wedding day.
Proms, Ciquinera or happy 16th are always exciting occasions, and the young teens want to look at their best. Stores provide you with a variety of nice clothes but some will still need to be adjusted to fit you as a gloves. You want to have a star appearance. At Magic touch we will help you achieve your unique look.

Jouhaina at Magic Touch Alterations does amazing work! She altered my wedding dress and it was absolutely perfect! She listened to what I wanted and also made some suggestions that made the dress fit perfectly. She worked so quickly and had everything altered after just 1 fitting! Very professional, friendly, and would recommend her to anyone! She has also altered 2 bridesmaid dresses for me and both of those were also perfect!

This is my first time going to a tailor and I had a bridesmaids dress that was just a little too big. I only had 14 days till the wedding and jouhaina said she’d have it ready in 9. SHE ENDED UP HAVING IT DONE IN 4! I was so happy! She did exactly as I asked and my dress fits beautifully! I can’t recommend her enough!

It's impossible for me to express the depth of our family's gratitude for Jouhaina and Magic Touch. We were in town for a destination wedding only to discovery at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon that the seamstress we had relied on to alter our daughter's dress in Florida had dropped the ball. I won't describe the scene! I quickly search for "an angel" and we found one in Jouhaina. 3rd EDIT: No response about a refund for only the alterations. No response to the customer AT ALL.
2nd EDIT: I have attached our conversation. Blaming a customer for the job you did is NOT good business. You were not asked to rush these. I even asked you if you knew of anyone else we could contact since you were going out of town. You could have easily said it was not possible.

Jouhaina was amazing to work with. She was so quick to respond to schedule my first appointment and so great during our initial meeting that my mom and sister ended up going to her for alterations on their dresses as well. She not only matched my vision for my wedding dress, but made wonderful recommendations and was so great on the fly fixing last minute items. I ended up purchasing a second dress for our reception a week before the wedding and Jouhaina was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. Both dresses fit perfectly!!! I recently purchased a sample size dress and needed it to be taken in multiple sizes... a giant task.
