Udi and his wife Fern followed their shared passion for food and opened a dessert company in Northglenn, Colo. Udi wasn't pleased with the bread quality or the local wholesale options and so decided to open a bakery next to the sandwich shop and called it Udiyon Bakery. Etai, Udi's son, returned to Denver from New York City to help his parents run and grow the business.

Great place, great vibe. Good food.
Will go again here in a pinch.
Been here twice, just overall not impressed with the meals compared to what I paid for it. Can certainly find an equivalent meal for less $$. Thin sandwiches and "hard-to-find-chicken" salads. Again, great place and it tastes good.
But I always ask myself when leaving "Was this really worth the money?"

This place has been my standby for the past 7years. I stop in about once a week and am always treated to good salads and service. Went there this past week and it was like going to the a very different restaurant. My salads were no longer part of the menu and the soda fountain had switched to Pepsi. Thanks but no thanks. Like all good things, everything has to come to an end. This is the end for me at this joInt.

The food is definitely good here. Breakfast, sandwiches, salads, all very tasty. Even the pastries hit the spot. But the reason this place isn't busy in such a great location is because of wait. I was the only person in line and it took 15 min to get my order. How hard is bread, eggs and cheese to make? Plus there were 5 people in the kitchen. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry but this has always been my experience here.

Like many others, I chose Etai's because I was looking for a nearby café to order takeout for breakfast and it was conveniently located within walking distance to my hotel. I was expecting it to be busy given its downtown location but was surprised to walk in around 8am and see that I was the only one there. I ordered the Southwest Grand Sandwich (eggs, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and aioli on jalapeno cheddar bread). It was delicious with the jalapeno bread giving the sandwich a little bite, and the main event of the sandwich (i.e. eggs, bacon, etc.) melded perfectly together with the aioli

Stopped by for breakfast. I got the southwest grand sandwich which was good. It has a little kick to and I was stuffed after finishing it. I also got a coffee and a lemon poppy seed muffin. The store was also cutely decorated for Halloween. The staff was all very nice and my order was made quick. If I worked in the area, this would probably be a go to for me.

I come here from time to time and I really enjoy the rotissere chicken salad - it's so delicious and has a ton of flavor! My mom got the fiesta chicken salad and said it was super tasty as well.
They have a lot of grab-n-go sandwiches and salads for those who're in a hurry! Stop on by and check this place out, it's way better than Panera Bread or Corner Bakery Cafe!

Awful experience! I read the sign outside the restaurant said quick on the go food! Of course, running late to a meeting stop by and place order. I am the only person in line or even in the restaurant at this point. I place my order for a sandwich an chips. Wait about 10 mins still no order comes up. I look in the kitchen everyone is playing around on their phones and joking back in forth. I get you want to enjoy your day but I by the time the sandwich came out it was burnt to crisps.
Update: great management and responded respectfully about my opinion. Still doesn't change second time around

Etai's is a good option if you work and/or are visiting the downtown area. I have colleagues that swear by their Acai bowls, but I have yet to try one. Usually, you have to grab those in the morning (~$7) because they're sold out by the time we swing by for lunch!
I have tried a few of their daily soups, and they go well with any of their typical sandwiches. My favorite sandwich that I've tried is the southwest chicken (~$8). Other sides tend to be a bit bland, but it's what you get for a quick and relatively healthy option.
Good prices, friendly staff, and can have a lengthy

I work close to Etai's. I'll be honest, sometimes I come here two to three times a week and get food to go. I have also eaten her alone when I just need a break from eating at my desk.
I love the food, though I've only tried the salads. I also love the iced tea... it always tastes fresh brewed!! The mango chicken salad is my favorite...
My one suggestion to this establishment would be PLEASE bring back the coconut chicken curry salad!!
Never had a bad meal here and service is good. Great for lunch in the city if you don't have a lot of time.

So I went back to give this place another try - it is convenient after all! And unfortunately, it was again disappointing. I bought a small smoothie, a decaf americano (don't judge, I'm pregnant!), and the California Sandwich.
The mangolicious smoothie was delicious - absolutely loved it. Made correctly and quickly. However, the California sandwich left much to be desired. Typically this is my favorite sandwich, but this morning they smeared rotten avocado on the sandwich and it ruined the entire sandwich. Why, oh why would you put rotten avocado on my sandwich?

Grabbed breakfast here as it was walkable from my hotel. There are lots of coffee and breakfast options. I went with and egg sandwich and added arugula, avocado and mushrooms. The only downside is they gave me bacon rather than avocado which is an odd mix up. Since bacon is delicious I didn't mind at all really. The bread was really nice too. I grabbed a delicious cafe au lait and felt pretty good re the start of my day.
I would definitely try lunch here if I returned, looked like lots of healthy options.
Got here after the morning office rush so my order was ready pretty quickly

I go here regularly for lunch as it is across the street from my work. Once I get to the counter, they already know, "half kale ceasar, tossed dressing, no tomatoes and sub cucumbers instead." They always include a random grab of two half slices of their signature breads they make in store. The raisin and jalapeno cheddar are my favorite and am always delighted when I find them with my salad. I love it here because I know they make their foods with the best ingredients, and there are plenty of healthy choices on their menu for whatever mood you are in.

I have rapidly growing love for Etai's. I came here because it's conveniently located next to my office and I needed caffeine badly. I ordered their Dirty Chai and also decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches as well. I got the Southwest Grand Sandwich. Let me tell you, this sandwich is the bomb.com, no exaggeration.
It creates an intense explosion of flavor in your mouth when the jalapeño cheddar bread, egg, bacon, tomato, and aioli all converge on your tongue. This is one of those things that I almost wish I had never tasted because there's no going back now. All other
