When I called their office for the first time to set up an appointment for me and my wife, the front desk personnel was very nice, pleasant to talk too and I feel very welcome. She assisted us and let us know in advance what their availability is and no kidding, they're a very busy office. Scheduled our appointment and I went in first, I was kinda nervous because it was my first time to see a different dentist since we have a bad experience with our previous one. From the front desk personnel, to dental assistant, and to the dentist they are all very welcoming I feel at ease talking to them. I
