Kelly's interest in estate planning came from her personal experience with her mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Attorney Karr & his staff at Heritage are there to get your estate plans done. They are professional, responsive, and they got my supplemental needs trust done. Attorney Karr is the utmost professional who guided us through the difficult process of setting up a trust, living will and power of attorney. My husband and I had a time sensitive need to update our estate plans to include a living trust which included provisions for a special needs relative. This endeavor was all new territory and language for us and Matt took significant time and attention, over multiple in person and phone calls, to make sure that he fully understood what we were trying to accomplish and that we fully understood the Living Trust and the other documents he prepared for us. He also worked diligently to meet our personal time needs.

Matt was very patient with us in helping us understand and establish a trust. Up to this point in our life we had not considered the benefits of putting together a plan going forward and we really needed to do this for our children and other family members. He was very sensitive to our need for time in digesting this information. As we went further in to discussions about the trust, Matt was very flexible, educated us in terms we could understand and encouraged us to call him with any questions.
