Dr. Hillel Abramov was raised in New York and did Undergraduate studies at Hofstra University. He completed his Dental Medicine work at SUNY Buffalo in 1999. After graduating, Dr. Hillel Abramov did his residency at Queens Hospital, later taught residency students at Queens Hospital for six years. He is part of the American Dental Association (ADA) and is also licensed in Implant surgery.
A denture is a removable dental appliance replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissue. They are made to closely resemble your natural teeth and may even enhance your smile. There are two types of dentures - complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all of the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.

Periodontal disease, also known as gum disease, can be defined as a tissue destroying infection of the gums and bone that support your teeth. In its early stages, periodontal disease is known as gingivitis. Gingivitis is caused by hardened plaque (tartar) below the gum line. As the tartar begins to irritate the soft tissue of your gums, toxins and bacteria are able to cause infection.
Root canal therapy is needed when the nerve of a tooth is affected by decay or infection. In order to save the tooth, the pulp (the living tissue inside the tooth), nerves, bacteria, and any decay are removed and the resulting space is filled with special, medicated, dental materials, which restore the tooth to its full function.

I love my new dentist Neel in the most professional way and I put my trust in him. My confidence is growing with this practice after 34 years of being at another.

Saw me quickly as I was in a lot of pain.Neel gave me honest advice about cost, treatment etc. There was no pressure and in the end I decided to have the tooth out as there was no guarantee the treatment could save it. Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. As dentists go pleasesant experience.

Diamond Dental Group fitted me in as an emergency patient (I'm not currently on their books). I've always been somewhat nervy in the dentists' chair before due to a run of bad experiences with a previous practise. They were fantastic, and I was so at ease. I will be trying to get on their books in January as they are literally 1 minute walk from my house since moving back to the area from the Midlands.
If there was a sixth star, I would rate them that!!!

The closest thing to a perfect dental experience I've ever had. Needed an emergency dealt with and they not only managed to fit me in last minute but the staff were incredibly friendly and the dentist I saw made me feel at ease during the entire appointment and explained everything he was doing. Would recommend to anybody in a heartbeat.

I have a terrible fear of dentists but cannot commend highly enough the emergency service I received from everyone at diamond dental today in Grays. Warm welcoming and friendly receptionist as well as the team that treated me today. Today’s experience has restored my faith. I highly recommend this dentist practise. The practise itself is clean and fresh.
The dentists/hygienists talk you through everything, asking constantly if you’re ok, and if you have any questions.
They went out of their way to help me when I was in severe pain. I cannot thank the team enough for this.
They have been great with my partner who is nervous. Offering different methods to ease his anxiety.
Similarly, our children have nothing but positive feedback too.
Overall, a great dental practise for the whole family.
