Kevin was great! I ordered a car that was delayed due to the chip shortage and he kept in touch throughout the process. In spite of how busy he was he got me in with less than a week’s notice once the car was ready and worked insane hours to get it back to me as quickly as possible. With window tint, PPF, and ceramic coating Kevin made sure my new car will continue to look new for years to come. Additionally I was struggling to find a license plate frame that wouldn’t cover the sensor without drilling into the bumper and he went out of his way to find and install one for me. When I bought my Tesla, I wanted to make sure that it was protected, and Kevin and his staff were fantastic. Kevin, in particular, was a consummate professional who was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and reliable. He was courteous and prompt, returned calls, emails and texts and kept me updated though the entire process. He really seems to enjoy his work! I really enjoyed working with Kevin and the team at Affluent Auto. Initially I was hesitant because of how far they are from me (40 min) but that all went away when I spoke with Kevin and saw their work. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me make the right decision for my car and the results speak for themselves. Kevin was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. He recommended a couple of different options for my car regarding window tinting and ceramic coatings and spent the time telling me how the work would be done and his recommendations for me. No pressure, informative and easy going.
The work was done on time and it was spectacular!! He even took the time to call my auto dealer regarding something he noticed with my vehicle that I didn't!!
If you want a person who is easy to deal with, gives you options and recommendations, plus does an outstanding
