I went for my first ever manicure and pedicure and was very disappointed.
I wish I could post a photo of the way my nails turned out. I can do a better job.
What was supposed to be a relaxing experience was anything but.
The massage chair did not work.
The person that was supposed to be taking care of me kept leaving to take care of other customers. She was very nice about it but it still was not the right way to treat a customer that is sitting right in front of you.
My cuticles are uneven, the nails are all scratched up. Not a flattering manicure at all.
I called to let them know how disappointed

Bad service - Bad attitude - Bad results - You're fired.
When going in for a cut and color, the hairdresser refused to use the color a I wanted and left me with about three inches of dark blonde/brown hair at the roots of my light blonde hair.
My hair is naturally blonde, but during the winter months it gets darker from being inside so much. Since I wear my hair long, and prefer the summer blonde, I have my roots lightened. When Carla started matching hair swatches to the darker hair on the back of my head, I said, "No. That's too dark". More than once I described what color

What a find and so close to home! We just moved to Denver and thought that we would have to go all the way into Charlotte for great services. Who knew that Andelana was here and so great! Rosa gave me a super massage and I am looking forward to the next one! I will be a regular here for sure! Looking forward to trying other items on their great menu of services.

I used to drive all the way to Huntersville to get Milia extracted from my face. Only a highly educated Aesthetician or Dermatologist can get them out. Someone recommended Kendall the Medical Aesthetician at Andelana. I’m beyond impressed and very happy I don’t have to drive to Huntersville anymore. She not only got everything out, but she educated me on how to keep them from forming in the first place. No one has ever taken the time to do that for me.
