Despite the constraints imposed by Covid, Dr. Sims is providing excellent professional service with detailed in-person video conferences, and services in his parking lot. As he did in person, he takes all the time necessary to explain and guide in video conferences. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

I have been seeing Dr. Sims since 2011. He has been the most attentive and capable doctor I have worked with. He is research based, forward thinking, attentive and considerate. I have a rare and complex medical condition and he has done a better job securing an optimal quality of life for me than any specialist I've worked with. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Dr Sims is an excellent doctor that explores avenues for treatment that our previous doctor did not. He has treated both myself and my wife for a number of issues. He discussed research on the subjects and is willing to try treatments that have shown promise. He takes the time to understand our concerns and has given us results that our past doctor could not.

Went in for the first time ever to meet Dr Sims for an annual physical and Dr Sims didn't even meet me. They had a Physician Assistant meet me and the entire visit felt rushed and unclear with their recommendations moving forward. The computer they use in the patient room is outdated and crashed during my visit and they had to use a different computer to complete the visit. They sent a prescription to a CVS on El Camino and didn't tell me which CVS specifically. The CVS ended up calling me and telling me the prescription is actually over the counter and if I come in, they can show me which aisle
