We thought you might have some questions, so we've answered some of the most commonly asked ones about professional home staging here. Staging is the preparation of a property, whether residential or commercial, for going onto the real estate market for sale. The goal is to make the property more appealing and create an emotional connection with the potential buyer in order to sell the property quickly and for the best price.
The proposal states the scope of the project, like what rooms or areas will be staged, plus the cost of the project for both the initial 60-day period and the subsequent 30-day renewals. It will be sent to you in the form of a contract, so you can read through everything. If you agree and sign the contract, we charge 25% as a non-refundable deposit and the remaining 75% is charged 5 business days prior to the scheduled staging of the property.

These guys are the best! They have a huge warehouse and they made my space look amazing! I just found out they have hired an interior designer and are doing window coverings. The many times they have helped me has resulted in the quick sale of a stagnant property. Oh, and last week I saw a commercial property they did with an amazing wall feature that was stunning! Highly recommend!

The Staging Guy recently handled the staging for a property I listed for a client. Richard was extremely helpful. Our preparations included extensive remodeling and we received guidance from The Staging Guy for colors, fixtures and everything else needed to present a consistent theme. We received many compliments on his work. His contract was professional and he met all terms within. He de-staged quickly after being notified of the sale. Highly recommended!

My husband and I recently sold our home in Dripping Springs, and we knew that it could potentially be a challenge based on its location, so we decided that staging the house would be an investment that we should make.
After getting quotes from multiple stagers, we were concerned about their costs and timeframes. However, as soon as we talked to Richard - "The Staging Guy" - we knew we had our guy. He was so reasonable and pleasant to work with. He made both the staging and the de-staging happen on a timetable that was very flexible and worked for us.
Most importantly, our house
