After staging spaces for many years, I obtained my Professional Home Staging Certification in 2017 and launched my business. Since then I have had my designs featured in Target and I've been honored to work with celebrity clients in Austin. I am a member of the RESA Central Texas Chapter, where I served as VP of Membership for 2 terms.

Walking through my home and getting Lindsay's advice was really great. I have some experience staging and had done some pre-work. Lindsay is AMAZING! She has a great eye for staging and all of her suggestions where little to no cost to implement. We got multiple compliments on how well the condo was arranged/decorated. I would absolutely use her services again and would recommend her to anyone!

I HIGHLY recommend Lindsey and HomeCraft Staging!! We just sold our home and I firmly believe that Lindsey's tips and tricks to stage our home is the primary reason we sold our home as well as we did. I wouldn't have known how to properly stage ur home to sell without all of her help. I also feel like I am in a better position to properly evaluate homes I'm looking to buy because of Lindsey's perspective on home staging. If you're selling your home and you want to maximize your sell price, you should hire Lindsey. Hands down the best!!!!

We used Lindsay's staging services when we were selling our house a few months ago. It was extremely easy coordinating with her which was very nice during pandemic times and when she arrived we jumped right in. She had extensive research on our neighborhood and what would appeal to buyers that helped us determine what direction to go with the overall presentation of the home. We walked through every room and area outside and her attention to detail was amazing. Lindsay was recommended by our Realtor to advise us on staging our home for photos and listing. Her advice was practical and made our home look great for photos and showing to buyers. She was considerate of our needs (living in the house with two small kids when it needed to be staged) and made great use of what we already had in the house.

Lindsay is a very talented and insightful stager. I was not sold on the idea of needing someone to help me stage- I already knew I needed to declutter and reorganize a few things. Lindsay proved me wrong in the best ways possible!
She found ways to use what I had already and kept me within my spending budget for staging. She remained kind and brilliant throughout the entire experience, even when I asked too many questions!

ALL OF THE ABOVE working with Lindsay! We sold our home for $50k over list price...Do I need to say more? All of Lindsay's recommendations helped add value and appeal to the sale of our home. The best part is, it didn't end there. Lindsay was also available and incredibly responsive pretty much all hours of the day. We would send her pictures and ask for feedback and she'd respond with very valuable feedback. Sunday at 9pm and only a few days before we go live?!?! Do you think anyone else you'd work with would respond that late?
