I've rented from King of Bounce about 6 or 7 times in the past two years. They are always able to help me out (I seem to call last minute every time!). They are punctual and always deliver on time. The team in the office and the guys who deliver are friendly and always excited to maximize our "party experience" when renting. They also have the most reasonable prices. Leila in the office, Bobby and Henry deliver and they are all so kind! King of bounce is my first call for every birthday party and I have 3 kids! Thank you King of Bounce!

I wanted to rent a bounce house for my grandson's birthday party. We have a lot to choose from in Central Florida. I decided to use King of Bounce after hearing a recommendation from Vista at Lost Lake.
Their website cliches and was not user friendly so we had to call the office to book a reservation. They had the bounce house that I wanted available on the Saturday that I wanted ...so I paid the 25.00 deposit. It cost $133.00 (cash only) for the afternoon with an added refundable $100 deposit and a 50.00 delivery/pickup fee.
Oddly enough if you decide to pick up and drop off yourself

BE VERY CAREFUL. Today I submitted an inquiry through their website to rent a bounce house for this Saturday (today is Tuesday) and promptly got a call from one of their reps. She answered many of my questions but seemed to be hesitant to give me details about what my price included. I got the most important questions answered, so I submitted my $50 deposit and notified their company email that I had sent it. I wanted to use King of Bounce to book my party rentals. I contacted them because I wasn't able to book on and they said to call the next day. Time got away from me and I called a week later. I asked if I was able to still book. The lady on the phone was so unbelievably rude, she said: "noooooooooo, now the truck is full." I am not upset they couldn't accommodate but I upset how I was treated. I said thank you and I will contact another company. Call anyone else but them!

They were supposed to be at my home at 6pm to pick up the bounce house we rented. At 8:15 my husband called them because they hadn't showed up or called, they claimed they were in Altamonte and on their way. At 9:10pm I hear a loud bang in my back yard, they showed up didn't call or knock they jumped my fence to get into my backyard for the bounce house! They trespassed onto my property instead of doing the common sense thing of knocking to say we are here can you open your gate, nope, they literally jumped my fence to

I'm only giving it one star because there isn't an option to give ZERO STARS. The people are rude. The water slide didn't come with the proper equipment so we had to go buy a sprinkler head for the hose and attach it at the top of the waterslide. (that's what the delivery person suggested since they don't provide the head or hose to make it a water slide). The Velcro and pieces of the plastic kept cutting the kids legs and bellies. The birthday child was cut so badly on her stomach she was bleeding and terrified to get anywhere near it again! This place is just AWFUL

I'm sorry to hear about everyone else's bad experience with this company. We ordered two large slides for my daughters birthday and we had no trouble at all. They showed up on time delivered the slides, set them up and came back the same day and removed them without any trouble. I gave them 4 stars because they are a bit costly, but besides that the employees were very good and thankfully no trouble with the slides.

Horrible to deal with! Rude and unprofessional at delivery. They do not provide everything you need for the water slide to work properly. Called to discuss with office manager and she actually cursed me out and said if you don't like it we will just take it away. Ruined our event. Placed the reservation & deposit online about a month out. This was the most pathetic excuse for a buisness. I booked my daughter a bounce house for today, paid the deposit, and emailed the conformation time. Not only did they not show up with any bounce house I called over 10 times with no response. Finally someone that supposedly was a manager anwsering yelling at me claiming that they called me over 8 times throughout the week and left voicemails for me. The women who answers the phone was rude right off the bat major attitude that made you want to hang up but we needed a bounce house sp we ordered. It was like banging your head against a wall. Don't rent from this company. They deliver a leak bouncing house .... Essentially, it does not hold enough air and so the water pool is not strong enough to hold water .... They set it up for 15 minutes and they were gone with all my money ... NOW the devices does not work well ... I call for support and I have no answer ... it is ruin the party ....
