All around great work and great experience. When they came to install my new bath fixtures, they saw a toilet seat still sitting in the box and installed it for me while they were working in my bathroom. They treat your home like their own and treat you like family. I had a recurrence of a toilet situation.

I love this service. They are very responsive, very easy to communicate with, and extremely polite. We’ve had multiple repairs done by FATman around our house over the years and I’ve never had a repair that required a callback, and I’ve never had an invoice that was unreasonable.

County notified me of a leak due to excessive water usage (45,000 gallons!!) Determined outside between meter and house. After an unsuccessful visit from another plumbing company, I found Fatman on a Facebook group with excellent reviews. I am so glad I did!! They responded to my message right away and made an appointment next day. A few… minutes later, I received a callback that a tech was available same day!!!! The technician Matthew B. arrived shortly after and was very kind and knowledgeable. He found the leak immediately just above the meter box and promptly repaired it. The price of
