About Krissy Krolczyk LMT: Krissy Krolczyk has been providing therapeutic massage for over 25 years in the Houston and Katy area and specializes in sports and injury rehabilitation, structural integration and prenatal massage. She was also a cosmetologist for over 10 years and enjoys integrating effective, therapeutic massage with spa therapies.
She has the knowledge and experience to help a wide range of issues. Problems ranging from chronic pain, office workers who sit too much, athletes of all levels, pregnant women with over taxed joints, or people who just need to relax and escape. Krissy has always been interested in the whole health industry and discovered massage while working as a cosmetologist in a spa.

Services
Structural Integration, deep tissue massage-This massage option is for people who have specific structural muscle pain/dysfunction which they would like to address. This includes many deep tissue modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy and isolated stretching. Everything in the body is connected so we will focus on the area of pain as well as the muscles affecting that area and causing the dysfunction.

Krissy at Healing Springs Massage is absolutely amazing. She specializes in a wide variety of methods. I've learned to let her do her thing, it always turns out so much better due to her mixings techniques. She also provides a very relaxing environment so dont be surprised if you feel like you are melting during the massage. A few things I have had her work on is pinched nerves, migraines, sore or over use of my muscles from working out and my arthritis. All I can say is she is a God send. Thank you Krissy! 😊😊😊
