Terrible. Called to schedule a massage. They told us no need and to come in right away. We got there in less than 10mins. They then said we did not call them. The number was direct from their website. The lady we spoke to in person was extremely rude! She kept saying we didn't call and they were busy. Do not waste your time here. Place was dirty and smelly as well. I think we dodged a bullet here. I'd give no stars if allowed. They DO NOT deserve the one I gave. Rude! Rude! Rude!

STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! So this was my first time in a massage parlor, and I'm sure it wasn't supposed to go this way:
The lady (masseuse) was texting while rubbing my feet. I assumed she thought I couldn't see her underneath the towel over my eyes, until she pulled out the phone and started having a full blown conversation with someone whole rubbing my back. At that point it was obvious she just didn't give a care about using her phone while with a client.. The other ladies also kept talking to each other LOUD and laughing LOUD across building. This is not the environment you want to be in

A friend brought me we came at 7:10 they said only one person so we said we would wait for them to take us both for a massage since they close at 9:30 it was just 2 people so they take him at 7:30ish and gave me a foot detox I'm thinking they giving it to me to wait for my massage it's 8:30 he's done. no one is there but me and him and I'm waiting for my massage but apparently it was to late even tho they close in a hr so I told them this isn't what I'm here for I thought this was for waiting and I would have to write a review and as I'm in my car they tell me

I was in back pain last night and I know when my back gets like this. I need a massage. this was the only place I could find that was open to 9pm. Chin Chin was wonderful and very focused on getting me out of my pain. She worked and worked all different techniques. I am so much better today. The price for a one hour body massage was also so amazing! Now, I can enjoy my grand-baby! (old picture)

Took my 13 year old who is an athlete for a back massage. Tina was her masseuse and she was awesome- her technique was very good, with just the right pressure - she did an excellent job relieving the pain. The best part is no appointments needed- just walked in and my daughter felt so much better after the massage. Would highly recommend and we will definitely visit again.

Helped my dad move furniture the other day and ended up snapping a muscle in my back.. came here and they attacked the spot!! Nice work! I’m very picky too, so to impress me is an extra star itself. So it’s 6 stars total. Although I paid $90 in total (including tips) it was all worth it! Will be back soon!
(Also, a nice older woman handled me, and seem to know a lot about the human body for sure - at a muscular standpoint at-least.)

I went here years ago and it was simply mediocre. HOWEVER, I just went this past weekend and I was thrilled with my massage. The therapist was not just nice, but knew a ton about physiology and targeted many of my most troublesome joints. I felt that perfect combination of stretched out and beat up afterwards. This place is great!
BUT, they only get 4 stars simply from misleading advertising. The big sign outside says massages before 2pm are $44, but you get inside and that's only on Monday & Tuesday. ;(

I have been going to this establishment for many years now, even prior to Lucy. It seems over the last year or so it has gone down hill fast! Not as clean as it used to be and has a smell (like dirty feet). Took my friend from out of town twice last week and it was terrible! I had a women and my friend had the gentleman that smokes and coughs a lot. When we walked in they made us feel like we were a bother to them. They both smelled of cigarette smoke and had coughs. Went here today with two co-workers. Requested the $25/60 minute foot reflexology service. This is the best thing since sliced bread. Way more than feet here. There was head, neck, shoulders, feet (extensive), legs and back! The whole package. I haven't had a back massage in quite some time, so it was a bit harsh for me, but the rest was SUPER! We will be back here for sure. Give this place a try - you will not be disappointed!

Update to my previous review: Shortly after my last experience, the manager contacted me offering to make it right. I was able to come in and receive a complimentary massage which turned out to be wonderful! The masseuse was very attentive to the areas I needed her to focus on but also made sure it was relaxing. I'm glad I got to come back and see why I enjoyed this place so much before. Thank you Lucy and I will continue to be a customer. All the best.

The owner, Lucy, reached out to me personally about my experience. She offered for me to come in and try it again. At first I was skeptical and unsure, but decided to take her up on her offer. She explained that the person who was supposed to massage me the last time, had some sort of family issue. So, I contacted Lucy and went back in today. This place is next to a Papa John's and the resulting noise from the restaurant makes it difficult to relax. During my visit it was obvious someone had their whole zoo family at the restaurant as the kids were randomly screaming.
As far as the massage goes, it was fine. I didnt catch my masseuse's name but she did a good job. I went in for 30min feet and 30min body $35.

My boyfriend had called to make an appointment for both of us for the 75 min and we arrive, we are seated immediately!!!! AWESOME right?! NOT!
They had us laying there for at least 20 minutes before they finally got to us, or shall I say ME?
In those 20 minutes people kept on walking past us, the door was opening and closing and they kept on talking.

Price is definitely affordable. All of the staff is very kind and take their time during your massage. The establishment is very relaxing other than papa johns being directly next door and all they do is yell and play loud music the whole time. I frequently visit this place. I've been twice this week already!

I love this place! A piece of heaven - 1 hr foot massage for $25, and they also spend a good amount of time on the entire body - it is awesome! I've been several times but today, I was happy to see they have renovated more and added a door to block out light and noise. Jack was great. Will keep going back for relaxation at a great price!

I found this little gem about a yr ago when I first moved to the area. I am an RN - I work hard and my muscles suffer for it. I have always found the staff here very pleasant and inviting. Once you go often enough you begin to discover who has better techniques. Lee (the guy) is firm but works your muscles very good - his massages are especially good after a long work week. I Experienced poor service and an incomplete massage. No back or hands done. Very dissatisfied. The guy giving the message was new and acted very rude as if I was wasting his time and a hassle.
