I took my 1989 Jeep Wrangler 4 cylinder engine to this terrible machine shop. The owner charged me $1,000.00 for the machine work and to put the engine together ( I supplied the parts ) when I picked up the engine I was told it was hard to turn over because it was bored 60 over. I thought that was a bit strange because it’s a 4 cylinder. I put the engine in the Jeep and it was very hard to turn over so I thought it might be the starter, replaced the starter and nothing changed. I called JV machine and he said no warranty and at this point I didn’t trust them anyway. So I took the engine to
