We recently completed a kitchen and three bath remodel. We were most pleased with the end result and thought that the customer attention we received at Upstairs Downstairs Tile was a highlight in the remodel process. We worked closely with our in-house designer and the results are tremendous. She helped us develop our vision and accommodated our schedule and timeline.

Upstairs Downsatirs has a great selection of tiles. A lot of the tiles you typically don’t see other places. Diane , the owner , has a terrific sense of style and imagination in putting tiles together making a kitchen or bathroom spectacular looking ! I have worked with Diane a few times updating both our kitchen and a few bathrooms over the years and her design help ( and patience ) has been great.

We recently embarked on a refresh of our kitchen, keeping the existing countertops and floors, but replacing the counters, backsplash, and appliances. We knew that the project would be complicated, as the space was tight to install the new gas cooktop, wall oven, and downdraft vent. We were so fortunate to find Upstairs Downstairs Tile & Wayne. Not only did Wayne help us select a counter and backsplash tile that look fantastic, he also coordinated the entire job for us, from the carpenter to the electrician, plumber, tile installer, and counter installers. Everyone was super professional and did

Diane and her husband were so helpful walking us thru all the steps needed to have a great result with our kitchen backsplash. Diane went above and beyond to make sure it would be everything I had in mind to complete our dream kitchen. She was wonderful to do business with and I would recommend her and her husband and their fabulous showroom that has so much to offer, along with their expertise and competence.

Years ago we bought bathroom tile from Upstairs Downstairs. We loved it, plus we were impressed with the quality of the work of Upstairs Downstairs. Recently we needed to pretty much gut and redo an entire bathroom and decided to use Upstairs Downstairs as more or less a general contractor. They handled the demo work, the replacement of walls and subflooring, the plumbing, electrical work, and, of course, the tile installation. They did an excellent job of coordinating all the work and we are thrilled with the final result. We highly recommend them!

Horrible experience. Spent $10k on a kitchen backsplash and absolutely hate how it came out - it's like we paid this place to trash our kitchen. The owner is completely unhelpful. We went to this place thinking it's a specialty store so they would have experience to tell us what would look good or not in our specific situation. She was zero help and we ended up picking an "intricate" design that looked incredibly busy when it was done for the whole thing. To make matters worse, the actual tile was darker than the store sample, and we didn't notice it till the whole splash was done and it looked
