John provided horrible customer service, had a horrible attitude and refused to wear a mask. 😷John ignored Gov Gretchen's mandate to wear masks. 😷My whole family including Damon and Keith, wore masks. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed by management there is an extra 5.00 charge if I decide to pay with credit. Had I know when I was given my price quote, I could've better prepared. Keith and Damon PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙂and practiced SOCIAL DISTANCING by wearing a mask. Very unprofessional they placed a dirty pale in my kitchen sink (which I never seen until then end) to be filled with hot water for the carpet scrubber which is very unsanitary no mounted steam cleaners in truck, no deodorizer and they'll make pay for disinfectant. They left my house with an foul odor and when I called to complain the Boss actually came out to my residence and pretended not to smell anything making up excuses to try to get me to spend more money on disinfectant when my carpet never even had an odor ever. I've been here for 3 years got my carpet cleaned plenty of times never experienced

Wasn't good at all, we receive the call at 8 o'clock in the morning said they were going to show up at 11 a.m. didn't show up until 11:20, so to start things off they were late, which fine that's forgivable you never know accidents traffic whatever then they come in with their equipment, and showed them exactly which rooms hallways and landings had to be cleaned. it didn't take him more than 20 minutes and they were done I would have done a better job if I just went to Home Depot and rented a cleaning machine because there advertisement said shampoo and steam clean and they just steam cleaned.
