I had a huge internal flooding in my house on a SUNDAY NIGHT. I was crying and panicking not knowing what to do. So I went on Google and this is the first company that popped up. Tom answered the phone immediately and within an hour he was at my house with equipment to start getting everything under control. He assured me that everything will be OK and I’m happy to say that he came through on his word. Tom and his team took an extremely stressful situation and turned it completely around. Tom was nice and respectful, He was able to get a guy over to fix our porch within a few days. It took no time at all for the guy to fix it.
Short story, we had our porch hit by a drunk driver and it got torn apart and now it looks like nothing happened. We appreciate all absolute DKI did.

Tom couldn't even give us a ballpark figure of what it would cost to dry out our basement. Even though he knew it would take 3 days to dry out and he knew the square footage. He knew we were getting $4,000 from out insurance. He billed us $3,600. We did ALL of the removal, furniture, flooring etc. To put this in perspective my friend's basement flooded. It's 2,000 square feet. The Dry Guys charged him 10,000. They did ALL OF the removal. There were enough items to fill a box truck and a 2 1/2 car garage. They also did flood cuts. Compare that to My 625 square foot basement with NO
