Had them out to quote a new septic field. Tech left in about 6 minutes in a huff, as he "didn't want to argue with me". The argument was that he wanted to rip up my sidewalk from front door to street, and told me not to replace it. When I asked him what he thought I should do, he just kept repeating that he wouldn't reinstall a sidewalk. Finally asked him for a solution then, since I can't just open my front door to a yard, and he stormed off telling me to find someone else. If you want to hear about all the problems your house has, and no solutions, by all means, call them. I won't let them waste

Took advantage of us and had no regard for our property. Excessive charge of $2000+ for approximately an hour of work. System backed up within an hour of their departure. Called to talk about the immediate back up and they said they would return for another charge! Had another septic company come and they validated above and fixed our issue. Worst experience in 20 years using individuals for home repairs, services and building projects.
