Meditation is an essential tool for bringing a person's mind back into balance and should be incorporated into everyone's health regimen. There are varying types of meditation available depending on a person's dosha and depending on what state a person's mind is currently experiencing. Many meditations are good for balancing all states of mind and can be adapted to suit your prakruti (nature).

I have never visited, but I get items mailed to me. They have the best ghee ever! I follow them on Facebook. They share recipes too. If you know anything about Ayurveda, then you know they are the real deal. Unlike other sites who mention Ayurveda, but don't understand how it works and don't practice it, these fine ladies know their stuff :)
