Hi Michelle, I just want to reach out and let you know how blown away we were with the food and the service for our wedding reception this weekend. We've had a few other friends in our group get married this summer, and nobody had better food (or more of it). You made the whole experience so easy for me, and the level of responsiveness / professionalism was a huge help in the total planning process.

We hosted a graduation party yesterday and Hickory BBQ & Grill catered our event. The food was fabulous. So many people told us how delicious the food was. The Brisket practically melted in your mouth. The… macaroni and cheese was a hit, along with the baked beans. Michelle was wonderful to work with and so professional. We have two more grad parties to host in our future and I use them for both.

We used Hickory BBQ & Grill to cater our wedding and they did not disappoint! Michelle was a total joy to work with throughout the entire process. We had so many people come up to us during and after our wedding and compliment the food! They have a huge selection to pick from but we ended up going with the pulled pork, chicken, hash brown casserole, mac & cheese and garden salad. They brought their own food truck and prepared everything on site. They also provided servers, so guests didn't have to worry about clearing plates. Used them for the wedding. Now not only was the food amazing and everyone raved about how that was one of their favorite parts, the staff made my wife super happy. This is why. My wife is a celiac. She cannot digest gluten and it is an auto immune disease. It was so hard to find food wedding food that is gluten free. So we talked to Hickory BBQ because we had their food at some other events. Not only did they do gluten free food, they cleaned everything and used new tools to make sure there was no cross contamination. We hired Hickory BBQ for my son's wedding. I thought the food was amazing. But even better was how many guests stopped me, my wife, every family member I have and told us that this was the best BBQ they have ever eaten. We had brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Every one of the dishes was outstanding. Michelle was amazing to work with in the pre-wedding planning so that the catering was the least stressful part of the wedding planning.

Found this caterer off my wedding venue's, Vale Royal Barn, website. Many people thought it was crazy that we opted out of the tasting but we are SO glad we went with them because those people were some of the many that complimented the food. People even said "best brisket I ever had". Mac and cheese was to die for and they even had vegetarian options. They cut everything right on site so the smells were even amazing. Will definitely recommend them!

Hickory BBQ catered our corporate formal dinner in Florida. The menu was absolutely amazing; lightly smoked angus prime rib, lobster tail, cheesy scallion bread, asparagus with balsamic glaze, au gratin potatoes, summer berry salad. We had plated dinners as well as complete preparation and clean up in our own home. High end restaurant quality but at home, couldn't have been better. It will be a legendary event that will be hard to top. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Hickory for a backyard bbq for a grad party and it was nothing short of amazing. There menu is very diverse and Michelle was great in dealing with my indecisiveness.
