At Cleveland Modern Ballet, children shine on stage through our modern adaptations of classical ballets in two annual performances: "The Pop! Nutcracker" and a spring PopBallet! Some recent spring shows have included "Beauty and the Beast, " told through the music of Lady Gaga & "King of the Pride, " an energetic interpretation of The Lion King, featuring the music of Flo Rida, Imagine Dragons, classic hits from the movie, & more!
Check that your pointe shoes still fit and are not too soft. If you need new shoes, call to make an appointment at "Dancer's Pointe" or request a custom pointe shoe with online fitter, "Best Pointe." CMB is great! They have young talented ballet dancers and accept adult ballet dancers and getting better every day and they put on great performances! The head teacher and owner, Jenni loves the kids and is a professional dancer herself. I have an awesome time acting/dancing in the performances, it's challenging,and rewarding because the kids just love it!
