I’ve been at Vivo for around 5 months now and it’s been a great experience. The facilities are always clean and the apartment units are beautiful. you cannot beat the area as it’s in the heart of east Cambridge, <10 minute walk from Kendall Sq T Station. If there’s ever an issue, the maintenance team is normally very fast to respond and will do anything to help you out (I had my AC unit replaced within a day of reporting it out of order). The leasing office people are great too, Tyler and Lauren are always trying to help.

I have been living in this beautiful place for the last 6 months. I am super comfortable and satisfied by everything here. It takes usually not more than a few hours to receive necessary service after online service request. The location is amazing in terms of having the immediate access to restaurants, gyms and parks and more importantly beautifuk Charles river. The facilities are really great to use specially gym which is equipped and not crowded at all.The building is always clean and peaceful. I recommend this place strongly to everybody.

Everything is great about Vivo apartments: prime location, modern and clean units, great amenities (gym, rooftop deck, Luxer One package management etc.). But what really made the difference for me when I was deciding between Vivo and other apartments in the same price range was the super helpful management. It was a tremendously smooth moving experience. More importantly, the management has remained very responsive and helpful with my requests after the move-in. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Can't beat location, staff is friendly and maintenance/building issues are addressed in a relatively timely fashion. This is my second time living here, and I'm satisfied with my choice.
Only gripe is that parking is more expensive than neighborhood prices- was told that this is due to lack of availability but garage is never more than 1/3 full.
Would overall recommend Vivo regardless!

We have lived here for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. We love our apartment and the space we have. We LOVE our balcony. Have the gym inside the building, and now a restaurant on the street level, is so beyond convenient. We love being able to walk absolutely anywhere and have everything right at our finger tips!

Though I live in the same neighborhood, my move to ViVO has not only changed my perspective, but has changed my lifestyle and my life. The difference: High-tech appointments ... and LIGHT! The building has loads of glass windows overlooking a wide boulevard. Secondly, the building is a PREMIER building which truly means first-class. I am so happy living in Vivo. My apartment is modern clean and bright. The staff have always been responsive and pleasant to deal with. Any minor issues ( eg. elevator being serviced etc) are communicated promptly and resolved quickly. I can't wait until the amenities such as gym, retail space and rooftop are ready. Neighbors are very friendly because we're all so happy to be at Vivo!
