Riding with this company was bad experience for my husband and I. We have no problem pick up for appt. When time to return home were terrible. Waiting 2 or 3 hour after businss has close still waiting for ride outside the building in the heat. The worse was when the owner of the company decided to transportation. The owner was driving when picking us up to return home. Instead paying attention to road or the safety of the client the owner answer phone , looking at paperwork etc. While doing so driving in anther lane almost cause accident several time. This company doesn't have the right licenses and has a high turn over rate. You don't even go through ADOT or finger print clearing. For God Sakes it's a medical transport company!!! You would think everyone would get qualified, be ran through ADOT and be entrusted to take patients. He hires anyone who's able and willing but they might have a felony and nobody would know it!!! BAD COMPANY to work for!!!! Would not refer this company to anyone!!!!

I haven't ridden with this outfit. I drive the 347 between Maricopa and east Phoenix 2 round trips per day dropping my wife at work in AM and fetching her in PM. I regularly see Maricopa Shuttle driving way too fast, erratically, making unnecessary lane changes, and running the red light when entering town. I drive the 347 at 65 MPH while they zig and zag in and out of traffic, and yet they still sit at the same red lights as I do, never getting ahead despite their aggressive, dangerous driving. VERY UNSAFE, UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF TAKING LYFT (cheaper, too).
