My wedding day was 10-10-2018, I was the bride with her bridesmaids that was supposed to be picked up at 2:45pm to be taken to our venue. Our limo never showed up. I had to order two lyfts and have them pick us up on the side of the curve. After our wedding was over my husband and I were supposed to be picked up by 11. They showed up an hour earlier, the driver seemed to be drunk and was extremely rude to my wedding party. I was late to my own wedding. We were extremely dissappointed with their service. Future brides, don't go with this vendor.

Im very disappointed with this company. I had my sister, the bride, all done up and the bridesmaids waiting on the curb by our hotel to be picked up for the wedding and taken to Ashley's Castle and their Limo never showed. I called them several times and left several messages, emailed them and texted them and there was no response. I had to call two ubers to get us to the venue. I had a crying bride all the way to the venue.
Then at night a limo arrive at the venue from AZ Limo saying the work was out source to them. They were very rude to our groom and told him it was not their problem what

My mom surprised me with a limo for my 16th birthday. Upon his arrival Andy pulled out the red carpet. I walked into the limo surprised to see the amazing interior. I had 10 girls attending and they all fit perfectly. We were accompanied with an apple cider toast. Our driver Andy, was very patient and kind I was happy with the whole experience and I would do it again!

I used "Arrive In Style" for my Bachelorette Party and transportation the day of my wedding. Absolutely fantastic. The cars were beautiful and the Chauffeurs on time and respectful. I found them on WeddingWire.com
Their reviews were over-the-top so I called and was glad I did.
Would highly recommend them for a wedding or any event you want to make special.

So the only reason I am giving this place 1 stat is because I can't give it 0 stars! The worst limo experience of my life and especially on my wedding day... I was arguing with the limo driver about a price that was supposed to be discounted due to the air condition not working... Then they had to switch limos which delayed our entire wedding 20 minutes! Not to mention it was a completely different limo from the one we had originally booked! When I spoke to the sales person on the phone I was sold a lie. He said Katie Holmes was their client every time she is in Arizona. They have a good review
