Terrible brownies. My pregnant wife was craving brownies a few weeks ago and I tried to surprise her with a good brownie. I live in north Seaford so this wasn't a 2 minute drive. I paid $14 for old, crunchy, crappy brownies. The guy who rang me up acted like they were just made, I also thought it was strange nothing is in the display case. Everything is stored in the back behind a curtain. Won't be back

I send them a picture of what I wanted and they matched it perfectly. My daughter was so surprise how beautifully it was. Kudos to the decorators d bakers they were delicious

Most UNHYGIENIC and DIRTY place to order a cake! The person who made the cake did not wear a mask. My father in law and sister got COVID after eating their cake! Avoid this place at all cost!

I should have known better when I walked in, but wanted to support a local business. The place was dirty and had very few cupcakes on display. It did not have the cheerful vibe it had for many years before. The owner was arrogant and annoyed to answer questions and felt like he was doing me a favor assisting with my order. Ordered two dozen mini cupcakes and the free I tried had very little flavor. The girl at the counter needed some more training, she didn't know flavors or prices of anything. Won't be going back.

My aunt special ordered my favorite red velvet cake here for my birthday a few days ago. Unfortunately, we did not get a classic red velvet cake. What we received was a regular cake with a whipped cream frosting - everyone' knows the key to red velvet is the cream cheese frosting! We have had the red velvet here before so know what to expect so with that said, my aunt called to ask why they didn't give us the right order. We ordered a cake for our baby's gender reveal and we were not disappointed! They offered several options and we loved what they came up with (forgot to take a before picture; we were just too excited). Not only did the cake come out adorable, but it was super tasty, too! Love that the icing was thicker, like a cream cheese icing, instead of the typical buttercream. Very helpful and courteous customer service. Will definitely be going back again. Glad to have this gem so close by!

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday, went over it in detail what I wanted with the owner who was less than thrilled looking to be taking this order honestly, but I had specific detail on what I wanted (which he wrote) colors (pink and gold) roses dipped in gold looking etc they brought out a white cake! It wasn't ugly bc he added flowers and glitter to it but it wasn't what I asked for.
Everyone thought the cake looked beautiful so I let it go but once we tried the cake it was BONE DRY! So so disappointing, and the bottom cake (as it was two tiered) was suppose to be yellow

I ordered from this bakery for my husband's birthday party and I was not disappointed. They have a diverse selection of cupcakes and they tasted amazing! The presentation, the flavor, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenience of curbside pick up make this bakery phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for any event.

I ordered 2 dozen full sized cupcakes for a party. These were super small. It's almost as if I was charged for full size and received mini cupcakes. The cupcakes were fine, but nothing special. Low rating is based on price/value.

This place is awesome! Fabulous customer service. And the cupcakes were excellent! Moist cake unlike the dry cakes you find at most bakeries. I will definitely be back here again.

Ok so as of now I only stopped in here for something sweet to bring to my buddies house. So I grabbed a dozen cupcakes, picked out by the wonderful girl working here. I wasn't too picky but I seen her choices and she did a fair share of chocolate and vanilla type cupcakes so i was happy (I'm a huge vanilla fan).

So I go hard for desserts, like super picky on my sweets because I love them so much. Welp.....these cupcakes.... blew my tastebuds away!!!!! Moist, cakey, sweet base with a delicious frosting not only on top but in the centers on these classic cup beauties.

This bakery has excellent customer service. I needed a custom cake made in less than a week and they made it happen without any issues. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was delicious and affordable!

Great experience with custom cakes for our daughters first birthday! Called on Valentines Day (Sorry again) and of course they were swamped, but super nice, attentive and great customer service over phone and email. Despite all the factors, they turned the cake around with 2 days notice. Gave them a photo and they matched it exactly. Thanks guys! You made it a great 1!!!

Service was great! The man that helped us was friendly and awesome. The cupcakes were delicious. We got jumbo s'mores and a jumbo Oreo. I like mine cold so I put in the fridge overnight. Took a lot not to eat it at nighttime. Not really room to eat there, more of a takeout place. It was worth the ride out to Bellmore. It was very cute

Sadly, I was hoping to have a good experience but was unable to make an order through the Cupcakery.
I asked to deliver a dozen cupcakes to a location and was told they do make ddeliveries for small orders.
The person on the phone was polite, but I could hear her manager instructing her and telling her what to say.

I was hopeful to have done business with them but will have to look for another place to order from. Bummer! :(

I was very impressed with this place. I looked everywhere for a place that would make alcohol infused cupcakes and they delivered! I wasn't sure they would be able to make it since I ordered just a day before I needed them but everything came out great. I had to provide the alcohol, which I didn't mind and they didn't seem to mind that I brought in 2 different bottles. I ordered cookie dough w/Hennessy and cookies & cream w/Baileys Irish and they were sooooo good! They were a huge hit at the party and the whole process was easier than I expected.

Despite some of the negative reviews, I ordered a custom graduation cake from here. The place was adorable and nicely decorated. The price was very fair considering the other quotes I have obtained.

The cake was a total hit and came out amazing! I couldn't have pictured a better cake. Not only was it beautiful, it was delicious.
