Growing up in a Sicilian family who migrated to Brooklyn in the 50s, Stefan Gaudio experienced the streets of New York through the lens of tradition and innovation. Influenced by his youth and entrepreneurial spirit for Italian food and New York style pizza, Stefan moved to Los Angeles to bring a piece of the old school East Coast with a keen focus on customer experience and only the freshest ingredients.
