This place is a SCAM, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment complex. The girls working here are extremely rude. When I asked to withdraw my application and get my $50 back she said it's non refundable while they haven't even started the process yet. When I asked to speak to a manager, she hang up on me and when I called back she was making fun of my name that was showing on the caller ID and being racist then she hang up and sent me to voicemail when I tried again the 3rd time.

Poor management. As in most apartments but something important to know. I believe she is the manager, Ill leave out the name for courtesy even though it is not deserved, smokes cigarettes next to the mailbox while you walk your kids even though this is a non smoking complex. No warning on maintenance in parking lots so you might wake up with cement debris on your car. If something breaks expect a janky fix not because the maintenance workers aren't good but because the apartment clearly doesn't provide them with enough funds to do things efficiently the first time. And on top of all that

I have a few family members that live in these apartments and I can't say enough how much I enjoy it here. The neighborhood is super friendly with grocery stores, restaurants, a huge gym, and a bunch of stores in walking distance. The apartments offer a pool, hot tub, and gym that is always clean and never packed. My family says they haven't had any issues with neighbors or apartment management. One of my favorite things is the neighbors always host holiday events for kids and family that live in the apartments. Overall, I most likely will move into these apartments once I am finished

I LOVE this complex, seriously no place better! The washer/dryer is in a central location and the pool is fantastic! When I moved in, my apartment was impeccably clean and my kitchen appliances (stove etc.) were in very good condition. I was heartbroken when I got a different job and had to move out of this place.

We've lived here 5 years now and are very happy. Kaitlin was amazing helping us get approved at move in. Over the years she's addressed many issues for us- kids forming gangs and playing with weapons (see review about kids not allowed to have fun), we had a spider issue one year that required multiple treatments (see reviews about insect problems) but the apartments are right along Clayton Creek and wild life is natural. She got the issue handled quickly and effectively. Jaime the maintenance man is AMAZING super knowledgeable and just plain NICE! The turn around on maintenance issues

I have not had any major issues since I have moved in, which is 3 months now. Kaitlynn 1 of the managers is very responsive to phone calls and if I'm walking in with questions; Emails I sense can become overwhelming. There are a lot of tenants, and people with so many needs, I think dealing with all these people is a very tough job. Kaitlynn has been very professional and I can tell is doing her job as well as she can with all that gets thrown at her. Maintenance seems to be on top of keeping the common areas clean, and landscaped. The trash area is kept under control regularly, I have not

First things first, I am not and have never been a resident of this complex, so I do not at all speak from that perspective. My perspective (which is an important one!) is as a prospective tenant. I've had two interactions with the staff of this complex in the space of about 2 years, and neither have been pleasant. Despite this community being quite lovely and welcoming (I absolutely love the New England vibe the complex has, and the two apartments I've toured were very nice for the reasonable price at the time), it can't be denied that your interactions with the staff set the

Decent place, but very small. Confusing water/garbage bill that seems to change pretty drastically from month to month. Then they have water bugs!! Uuugh! When it was time to move, the property mgr who had a very bad attitude by the way, came up with a reason to keep some of my deposit... guess what the reason was, more utilities!! It was nice while it lasted, but truthfully I was so happy to leave.

This place was great, i lived there for 2 years and never had any issues. Yes i had to call maintenance but they were always super fast and most friendly. The defiantly make you feel like family. The office girls and Kaitlin were super nice and helpful anytime i had a question and believe i bugged them a lot but they were always on it so im not sure what those other reviews are about. This area is super quiet and not super busy, i really liked that. The laundry is open 24 hours so BIG plus there and super safe they have cameras and armed security that patrol so no worries there. They have cooked rules and not very helpful , my wife and I were trying to apply here , they held the application for 3 days and charged us $70 , then they rejected saying my wife don't have SSN or six month records , I was upfront about it , and she is new to the country , they still took the $70 , I am not sure how they can do back ground check without having SSN. I even told them that I can show them her passport for travel records , or have someone to co sign or even increase the deposit , but I guess they got someone to pay more on rent .
