Fair Harbor RV Park & Campground
Easy, Clean, Safe & Friendly - Located just 1/4 mile West of Interstate 75, Exit 135 across from the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in Perry, Ga. Fair Harbor RV Park & Campground is Georgia's favorite family campground, quietly nestled around a stocked fishing lake on 100+ acres designed for your family's camping enjoyment.

Experience that "State Park" feeling with all the amenities of home. Get comfortable. Stay comfortable at Fair Harbor RV. Scheduled check-in is 3:00 pm. Scheduled check-out is 11-ish am. My former partner and I built Fair Harbor RV from the ground up, so this place is really close to my heart. We work hard to keep it clean & nice and to make your visits easy & safe.
Services
The idea of Fair Harbor RV Park was conceived in early 1997 when myself and my friend/manager of a nearby propane business decided we were not happy in the propane business and wanted to start a new business "from scratch". We settled on the idea of an RV Park in either Byron or Perry. Perry won out because of the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter and the "perfect" property that was shown to us on our visit to Perry.
Camping Cabins are the new thing! Pretty cute, huh? Fair Harbor RV Park has added several of these cozy cabins around the campground. Want to meet up with family for a couple of days? Not enough room inside the RV? Our cabins sleep three to four and a couple have room for some kids in the loft. There's a stove/sink/refrigerator combo unit, coffee maker, microwave and a small dinette, and bath houses nearby.
Fair Harbor RV Park & Campground - Perry, Ga Joe, thanks for your review. Sorry about the gnats. They are terrible this year. Maybe because we had practically no winter. If you stop here again be sure to let us know and we will give you an internet voucher for faster speeds. We have so many users here it does sometimes get slow.
Yes, all of our sites are full hook-up with 30 and 50 amp service, water, sewer, cable TV and high speed internet. No, but reservations are always a good idea to guarantee you a premium full hook-up pull thru. 93.7% of the time we will have sites available. Perry is a neat little country town with many unique and interesting things to see and do within 30 miles.
Whether it's adding new campsites, expanding our facilities, or the big catfish that Jack Wilson's redheaded kid pulled out of the lake, there's always something new in the works at Fair Harbor RV Park. Here's the latest news. Our Laundry Room recently got a makeover in March. It has been expanded, adding new machines, while also receiving a "facelift" by adding more vibrant colors to make laundry day less dull!

First, the place is just adorable. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and allowed us to select a different site on arrival and check in early. Site was pretty level, easy enough to back into, and had everything we expected. Shower facilities are clean and temp controlled, so easier to use than our RV shower.
The goats are great! Never heard a peep out of them over 3 days. They were friendly enough to come to fence for my partner to pet them.
WiFi was very spotty at our site to say the least, but we weren't really there to be online. The digital over the air channels never picked

This is the second time we have stayed at Fair Harbor. We have been impressed both times. The staff at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are clean and the bathrooms attached to the office building ( the only ones that we used) were not only clean, but had huge tiled showers that were large enough to accommodate a disabled person. The shower rooms are full bathrooms with great water pressure too.
The Park is huge and plenty of space to take a nice walk. There is a cute play area for kiddos as well.
All around great accommodations, whether you’re passing through or staying

What nice park, clean, quiet and spacious sites. Perfect open areas to walk your dog and give distance if needed. Roadway was nice and compacted, not loose gravel and dusty. Mature trees but not too many so we had no problem receiving satellite signal.
Showers had plenty of hot water. Quiet at night which we always appreciate since our stops are after a long day of driving. We would definitely plan our drive to stop here again!

As newbies this was our 2nd camping trip in our new travel trailer. We wanted to stay close to home (within 4 hours) while we got acquainted with things. We have a lot to learn. This park was convenient and the reviews were very good. Sadly, our spot (#169) was less than ideal. It was a gravel spot and was very uneven. We didn’t know the cable hook-up was on the outside of the pole and not on the inside of the electrical box. It took us a few days to figure it out. The wi-fi connection was in and out the entire time. Very frustrating. The lake in the photo on the website definitely does not match

We are full RVers and stayed one night at Fair Harbor on our way to Florida. We wish we could of stayed longer. Staff was very friendly. The sites are plenty long and good spacing in between. The roads in the park are paved and wide. The lake is beautiful and stocked with fish. The property is massive and very well maintained. Restrooms are plentiful and clean. The park is conveniently located close to the highway. We will stay here again for sure.

Campground is great with pull-thru sites. We only stayed one night because our final destination is Florida. Saw the goats and had a wonderful breakfast provided by the campground which is FREE on Saturday’s (pancakes and sausage). Meet some wonderful people while eating and pancake maker even sang a song to us. Would love to come back to stay longer. Thanks Fair Harbor RV Park!!!

Stayed here for Labor Day weekend. Clean, quite campground. Stayed in site 52, it was not perfectly level, but a just a couple of leveling blocks and problem solved. Bath house closest to our site was clean (but no air conditioner). Loved sitting outside looking at the water. All in all, beautiful place, will definitely stay here again.

Wow… I arrive late will go out to check in and told over the phone that we could reserve the night over the phone and did so with understanding we would establish length of our stay in the am.
So I set up rv in the dark
Woke up went to office
Was told there is no available spots for the next week.
Had to replace and waste another fay on travel
It is my opinion that I was led to Believe I would be able to stay for the week even when there was no availability so that they could make a quick dollar on a spot that was not rented out. That was not very thoughtful, honest, or a way to practice

We stayed at the campground as an overnight stay during our trip. We stayed in #106. The site was level and shaded. Utilities all worked well (full hook ups including cable). Our rate was $43 for the site. The bathroom/shower facilities were clean, modern and well kept. There was no pool on site (only down side). I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here several times. This time for 3 nights. Love it here. Very relaxing. Nice lake to feed the fish and turtles. Easy on and off the Interstate, but still very quiet. Management is so nice and accommodating. We will stay here again whenever we pass by.
