Their prices are fair, they are honest and trustworthy about repairs or maintenance needed, they arrive on time and we have had no issues with any of their work. We have been using Authority Mechanical since they opened their business. They just recently installed a new all-in-one heating/cooling unit for us that we have on our 2nd floor. A few years back they also replaced our main furnace/ac unit. We also use them every year for our cleanings. They have always been very responsive, fair and knowledgeable in what they they do. The team at Authority Mechanical is fantastic! I have had them do many different services over the past 10 years. They have installed a new furnace and AC in my old house, a new AC unit in my current house, a new sump pump, water pipe repair, as well as a new rooftop AC unit for a business I used to own. Additionally, they have done electrical repair and even installed new bathroom cabinetry in my old house.

I called authority mechanical to service my central air conditioning system. Brian was on time for the appointment, very professional, and very informative about explaining the system to me. It turned out our unit was beyond repair so we had to invest in a new ac system. They gave me a quote that was fair and we moved forward with the installation. The installation crew was on time also very professional and did a great job installing the system. We’ve been using authority mechanical for several years now .They are a pleasure to work with , very professional, knowledgeable top-notch service. We recently Had our AC working on a very hot and humid day Brian was able to come on the same day figure out the problem right away , replaced the broken part and our AC was up and running again .
