Mr. Patch is a trained mediator and arbitrator. He has conducted hundreds of mediations for Dispute Mediation Service, Inc. (DMS) and regularly conducted its 40-hour basic training for executives and attorneys. Mr. Patch has also served on the Board of Directors of that organization as Vice-President.

Our approach distinguishes us in that we customize each search to meet the specific needs of the client. The candidates that we identify, screen and present align with the key criteria of each engagement, which allows the client to make informed and realistic choices relative to meeting their executive needs.

We prepare a progress report as we screen and interview candidates. Should specific issues arise that ultimately impede the progress of the search, we will work in conjunction with the client to resolve them. Following our initial screening process, a candidate slate is presented and interviews with the client are scheduled.

We help clients to develop high potential executives. We can also assist in addressing negative and derailing behavior or we can simply be that sounding board for an executive. Our hands-on approach is based on the client's needs and organizational perspective. We provide comprehensive assessments, coaching and leadership skills training for your team members.
