Services
Following your evaluation, you and your therapist will map out an individual treatment plan and long term goals. In order to maximize functional outcomes it is highly advised that you come to every appointment. The number of visits prescribed by your physician is personalized to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits from rehabilitation.
I have to thank Todd Smith and his staff for the excellent treatment and services they provided me on my way to recovery. When you walk in to the Exceed office you feel like family and that makes you relaxed and comfortable along with Exceed teams superior knowledge of rehabilitation they'll have you up and moving again in no time.

This place is awesome. I have been to other PT places and nothing compares to Exceed. Everyone is very personable and attentive. You go in and do a new routine every time. The other places you did the same thing every session, very boring and by yourself. They actually talk to you and get what is wrong and are more than willing to help not only there but at home as well. I love this place.

Exceeds staff are very friendly. They listen to what your problem is and they discuss possible treatments with you and they develop a plan specifically for you to help you heal/recover.

Very personal one on one training. Todd Smith was very thorough in measuring my strength and capability to set up a routine to best meet my needs. I am starting my second week (4th visit) and feel very confident walking and climbing stairs after my knee replacement. The other Physical Therapist are great to work with also. I feel very comfortable in this facility and Highly recommend them.

Exceed physical therapy is the best place for me to get better. I have been to a lot of places around Gulfport, Mississippi, but I couldn't get the treatment I needed nor felt comfortable.when I walked into exceed physical therapy, I was walking with a walker. I cried almost everyday because I didn't want to go back in the wheelchair. I felt hopeless. I needed the hand on experience and not just told to do the routine by myself without guidance ..Everyone at exceed physical therapy makes me feel like I am an important patient.
