Dancetera has been in business, in Roseville, since 1991. Our studio is the only studio in the area that is a non competition studio. We believe that children are faced with enough competition in every day life, and we don't wish to have what should be an enjoyable, extra-curricular activity, competitive as well.
Our instructors have extensive training in all types of dance, included in our curriculum--not just the particular class they teach. Every member of our faculty has "grown up" at Dancetera, having started at a very young age.

I contacted Molly and Sam with a special request for my brownie level Girl Scout troop, who were begging to earn their Dancer badge. The requirements for the badge included 5 steps and my troop wanted to include the fathers/uncles/special adults in the program as well, further complicating my request. Molly and Sam were both incredibly thorough,… prompt, and professional and so friendly and helpful! Sam handcrafted an hour long session to suit our exact needs and the girls were glowing! I have been dancing here since I could walk. This dance studio was the best choice I could have made. Our dance teacher Ms. Molly is one of the best. She will always help you when you need help, and always has a ear open for you when you need to talk. I love dancing here, and I cannot waiting to have a little girl to dance here one day as well.
If you want your daughter to dance just to have fun, this is the place to be. Always full of engery, and Always Positive.!

Dancetera is a second home to me, family-oriented, and a great outlet for children to express themselves. I have watched children form new friendships as well as strengthen old ones here, build passions for dance and the community they continue to grow up in; I could not be happier to be a part of this family.
